PROSPECTIVE CLIENTS: You must have a confirmed consultation appointment BEFORE paying consult fee. CONSULT FEES are NON-REFUNDABLE and payments made in error will not be refunded.
NEW CLIENTS: Retainer fees are required for attorney work on contracts, mediation, final hearing and jury trial.
CURRENT CLIENTS: All invoices must be paid in full each month, and within the time-frame stated in your contract or be subject to additional late fees.
